Public Teaser Projection

​In February 2024, Michigan Central Station illuminated the date "06.06.2024" on both sides of it’s facade to announce its grand reopening on June 6, 2024. The projection shined bright for multiple nights in a row, building anticipation around the nation.

This creative projection drew national media attention, and symbolized the station's revival after decades of abandonment.

Incentive Travel

In May 2019, Rocket Mortgage awarded over 125 Mortgage Bankers with an all-expenses paid incentive trip to Miami, Florida.

Travel for each individual participant was tirelessly coordinated, managing charted flights from around the nation, many hotel rooms and requests, and one epic party at the Versace Mansion.

Black Friday Pop-Up Shop

In partnership with interior firm, Atelier Cho Thompson, a pop-up shop was launched in November 2024 within the historic Ticket Lobby of Michigan Central Station.


Originally intended as a temporary installation, the shop was so well received that it has since been established as a permanent fixture.

Halloween Projection Mapping

In October 2024, Michigan Central Station embraced the Halloween spirit with a 30-second projection-mapped reel displayed on both sides of its facade.

The content was entirely custom-produced and intricately mapped to interact with the building’s architectural features. Integrated lighting was carefully designed to complement the projection, creating a fully immersive and visually dynamic experience.

Michigan Central Archives

In partnership with the Detroit Historical Society and museum curators, the Michigan Central Station Archives Room was brought to life.

Each display stand was custom-designed and fabricated to suit the unique needs of the archival items, with careful attention paid to guest experience and the high foot traffic during its community debut.
